We offer one delivery option:

Standard delivery - Royal Mail Tracked 48 with signature. Delivery time of 2- 5 working days.


Postage cost is FREE.


At Paws Galore & Co. we do all we can to post your order out to you on the same day or next working day at the latest.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Delivery, & Cancellation once shipped

Delivery is currently only available to addresses within the UK. You are responsible for ensuring that you have provided us with the correct delivery address. We are not liable in the event of any errors in the address that we are given. 

The first subscription order will be shipped as soon as practical, then we ship all subsequent normal monthly orders out to our customers around the 20th to the 25th of each month. 

Once payment is made for an order, then your order will be hand picked & packed then passed on to our delivery service (Royal Mail)  and so any refund request will require the Consumer to return the order once it has been received. 

We reserve the right to use the delivery company of our choosing, but we will not be held responsible for any consequences of a delay in receipt of a subscription order. We do not guarantee that a delivery will be with you on or by an agreed date, and no refunds or compensation can be given in accordance with this. 

If your Dog Treat Box has not been delivered within 30 days of dispatch, please contact our customer support team and we will arrange for a new Dog Treat Box to be shipped free of charge. 


If any items are found damaged when they are delivered or are missing from a delivery, then these must be reported within 14 days of receipt, to to arrange a replacement or refund. We will pay all reasonable shipping fees for customer returns of damaged or faulty goods. Failure to do so will not affect your statutory guarantee rights as a consumer. 

We offer all consumers a money-back guarantee in the event that you change your mind. If you buy our Dog Treats Box and you don’t like it for whatever reason you can send it back to us for a no questions asked refund. You will be responsible for paying shipping fees for customer returns under these circumstances. You have 14 days after receipt of the Dog Treat Box to return to us. Refunds cannot be offered for items that are incomplete, damaged, or returned after this period. 

We do not accept liability for a refund in the event that we fail to receive any returned items.
